We have constantly improved and innovated our production processes and systems. From up to date Apple Mac hardware and software to high resoltion imagesetters, colour laser printers, inkjet poster printers and heavy duty litho presses, we have the capability to produce your job to a very high standard.

Our Production process uses the following technology:

• Job Start/PrePress: Entered into Filemaker Database for constant job status and file information
• Typesetting or Design: On high end Apple Macintosh G4 computers - the standard and heavily relied upon system for design and publishing throughout the world.
• Prepress: ECRM Rip to and Imagesetter, for producing very high resolution film output later to processed and used to image the litho printing plate.

Output:

• Colour Short Run: On either a high speed colour laser printer and fiery rip producing high quality colour on short run prints onto paper or card, single or double sided. Or for large format our Large Format Photographic Quality Inkjet Printer.
• Colour Long Run: Full Colour Litho Presses producing very high quality onto paper or board on quanities of 500-1000+.
• Mono Short Run: High Speed Digital Photocopier/Printer, good quality black and white printing on various paper stocks.
• Mono Long Run: One and Two colour litho presess, running at top speed these machines of industrial strength produce exceptional quality and are up to any task.
